We work with a range of metal alloys and machinable plastics. Typical materials you’ll find In our shop include austenitic stainless steel, high-temp Nickel alloys, Aluminum and brass.

We have capacity to turn diameters up to 18 inches and lengths up to 56 inches. Our lathe department has 6 CNC horizontal lathes. In our milling department, we have 7 VMCs, with a capacity of up 64"(x) x 32"(y) x 34"(z). We run both production run jobs (>1000+/yr) and one-off parts.
